During the bending process, the press brake's stop fingers precisely position the sheet to be bent.
By adjusting the distance between the stop fingers and the bending die, the length of the bent portion of the sheet can be accurately defined.
Because the stop fingers quickly and accurately position the sheet, the operator reduces the time required to repeatedly measure and adjust the sheet's position before each bend. During continuous operation, the operator simply places the sheet against the stop fingers to perform the bending operation, significantly speeding up the process and improving overall production efficiency.

High Transmission Efficiency: Ball screws utilize rolling balls to achieve transmission, significantly reducing the friction coefficient compared to sliding screws, resulting in transmission efficiencies as high as 90%-98%.
High Positioning Accuracy: The balls and raceways of ball screws utilize point contact, resulting in minimal clearance. Preloading eliminates this clearance and improves rigidity.
Long Life: The rolling friction method minimizes wear on the balls and raceways. Ball screws are typically manufactured from high-quality alloy steel and undergo processes such as quenching and grinding for a high surface hardness and excellent wear resistance.
Excellent Synchronicity: Due to their high transmission precision and excellent repeatability, ball screws ensure synchronized motion across all axes in multi-axis linkage systems.
