もう一度行ってみたい場所があるMiettyです。
25年前に友人と行ったスペインのオロペサの
パラドール。
パラドールという言葉を知ったのも25年前。
スペインには昔のお城や修道院などが国営のホテルとして運営されているパラドールが100近くある。
オロペサのパラドールはその中の一つで、16世紀に建てられた石造のお城なんです。
廊下には騎士の鉄仮面が置いてあり、中世ヨーロッパにタイムトリップできる。
またお城のダイニングで優雅に朝ごはんを食べたい。
お城はもちろん駅前など便利な場所にはないので、電車やバスを乗り継がなくてはいけない。
スペイン語はもちろんできないし、スペインはすりや窃盗も多いときくし、私行き着けるかしら？！
先日Amazonで、パラドールの本が200円で売ってて、買っちゃいました。
時折り眺めてパラドールの旅を空想しています。
パリドール巡りしたい！というのが、英語の勉強を
再開した理由の１つです。
だれかマドリードで待ち合わせとかしてもらえると心強いのだけど～笑
I have the place which I want to go to again.
It is a parador in Oropesa of Spain where I went with my friend 25 years ago.
It was also 25 years ago that I knew the word 'parador'.
There are nearly 100 paradors which were castles or monasteries in Spain a long time ago and they are run as national government hotels.
The parador in Oropesa was one of them and it was built with stone in the 16th centuly.
There are iron masks of nights in the corridors and we can take a time trip into the Middle Age Europe.
I want to have breakfast at the dining of the old castle again elegantly.
It isn’t located in convenient area like near stations,so we have to take trains or buses to the castle.
I don’t speak Spanish and I hear that there are many pickpockets there ,so I'm not sure if I could arrive there.
I bought a book of Parador for 200yen on Amazon recently.
I sometimes daydream about staying in the parador.
To take a tour around some paradors is one of the reasons why I started learning English again.
I would be encouraged if I could meet someone
in Madrid.
