In the morning, Helen asked me how my projects were working so far and we discussed current situation and what was the best orientation. After while, she suggested me to tackle on another project which was a research on inbound and outbound activities of internationalization at Northeastern University. When I heard her proposal, I reckoned it should be beneficial for my internship experience because I didn’t have sufficient knowledge on this types of activities such as global pathway programs or study abroad programs. In addittion, to enhance my intern project, she kindly proposed me that she tried to arrange an interview with the administrator in charge of internationalizasion on Boston University. Her kindness and cooperative attuitude for my internship was so impressive.

After this interaction, Justin also let me know that Helen's plan which I talked just now. And then, he asked me the state of progression on summarizing the international student survey. Honestly, I totally forgot about this task.

At 11:30 am, I went to the Admission Office to attend the orientaion for the Chinese students at Global Pathway Programme. I was anxious because I was not sure if I should register or not, but after entering the room, I finally met Natalie and I successfully joined to the meeting. The contents of the session were not rather specific for me, however,  certain information were insightful to grasp how they prepared in branch office in Chine for transfer to the bachelor's degree programme. Additionally, I was supried at many Chinese student behaved like Japanese high school students for example, when one student started to talk, other students followed him, then the room became messy. Also, it was so interesting for me that they tended to ask their friend every thing, although seemingly vital for their academic life, for example, how much GPA was requierd for a specific major declaration.

After the session was over, I came back to my office and worked on summarizing the survey. Since the valid responses were only seven, it was highly difficult to deduct general inclinations which were common in target students.

Justin gave me a paper about Welcome Day. It was a seemingly good opportunity since I thought that it was so crucial to understand the admission processes in the U.S. Consequently, I asked Justin the detail and decided to be there to comprehend it more deeply, whole admission procedures of Northeastern University.

Subsequently, I sent an e-mail to my program-mates interning in New York City to consult with my whim to visit there. I also chatted with other mates about our visiting plan to Washington D.C.

After internship, I went to Boston life as usual. It was first time to have a conversation with today's teacher My initaial impression, she was seemingly to be shy, but after I figured it out she majored in Indian history of the Middle Ages , we had a lively conversation about the Indian phylosophy and religion. I was impressed at her intelligence from her academic experiences on Harvard University.

I got to my apartment, I studied French and watched "One Peace (English dubed)" as usual.
