"Perhaps she's not motivated today."
J: Thanks. The textbook for this class was sold out at the bookstore.
Y:"yeah, seems like the class is motivated."
J: Thanks for the tip. "How about lunch on me?"
Y:"I'm highly motivated!"
Lunch is on me=ランチを奢るよ。
It's on me.とも言える。
また、レストラン側が食事代を払ってくれる場合、
It's on the house.と表現するようです。
レストランの経営者が友人を招く時などに使える表現ですね。
