Oh my gosh, it's very hot TODAY and my today's morning weight is 49.3kgs!
Recently, i began to eat Superfund, organic oatmeal. And it is fit my body and lifestyle. So it coursed today's weight.
Actually, i didn't check my weight everyday but i have watching my bodyline anytime everyday.And i trying to workout when i use any little times.For example,watching TVs,standing or sitting on trains and just blessing.
So, these caused changed my bodyline for a while.
At last, i decided eat armonds or dry prunes or black chocolates when i was hungry but i can eat snacks as long as presents or amount of little. Cos stress is bad for my halth and mind.
i have trying to do them!
