I really needed pants for work..

There were holes forming in the legs... 叫び


I hate spending $$ on clothes for work.

So many other places I could be using

that money instead. The sadness.

牛肉とレタスのチャーハン

材料(2人分)



牛肉(焼き肉用)100g

A

[酒小さじ2

しょうゆ

ごま油各小さじ1]



片栗粉小さじ2

ジャンボピーマン(赤)1/4

長ねぎ 5cm

レタスの葉3枚

にんにく(みじん切り)小さじ2

ご飯茶碗3杯分弱

[オイスターソース大さじ

しょうゆ 小さじ2


こしょう各少々]



ごま油適量

白ごま適量



  1. 牛肉は細切りにしてA で下味をつけ、片栗粉を加えて手でもみ込みます(A)。
  2. ピーマンは5mm角切り、長ねぎはみじん切り、レタスはざく切りにします。
  3. 中華鍋を熱してごま油を多めに入れて全体になじませたら一度あけ、新たにごま油大さじ1とにんにくを入れて香りよく炒め1.の牛肉をはぐし入れて、手早く秒めます。
  4. 肉の色が変わったりピーマンと長ねぎを加えてひと秒めし、bで調味します。温かいご飯を加えて秒め合わせ最後にレタスを加えてひと混ざし、器に盛、白ごまをふります。

Beef and Lettuce Fried Rice

Serves 2



Ingredients:

100 g yakiniku beef (sliced thin)

[2 tsp sake


1 tsp shoyu


1 tsp sesame seed oil]


2 tsp potato starch

¼ red bell pepper

5cm green onions

3 lettuce leaves

2 tsp minced garlic

Little less than 3 cups of cooked rice

[1 tsp Oyster Sauce


2 tsp shoyu


Dash of salt and pepper]



Sesame seed oil

White sesame seeds, to taste.



  1. Slice the meat into thin strips. Add the seasoning from
    section a. Add the potato starch and mix by hand.
  2. Cut red pepper into 5mm cubes, mince the green onion and
    cut the lettuce into chunks.
  3. In a wok big enough to mix everything, heat one tablespoon
    of sesame seed oil. Add garlic and stir fry until there is a
    strong odor, add the meat mixture from 1. Stir fry quickly.
  4. When the color of the meat changes add the red pepper and
    green onions, stir fry and add b and stir to season. Add warm rice, stir fry to mix and at the end add the lettuce. Serve in a bowl, drizzle with sesame seed oil and seeds.
