I've come to write all the way from Tokyo, Japan! ^^
Tonight, I feel really good because I spent the afternoon and the night roaming the streets of Shibuya and Ochanomizu.
Right now I'm in the rooftop of the Kouenji guesthouse where we're staying, drinking super cold Asahi Direct Shot beer and Toblerone minis as my "pulutan" w w
I'm not sure which day number this is, but it has been very eventful!
I entered Japan thru Osaka and took a posh pink night bus to Tokyo with my OJT friend, Elli.
Yesterday we went to Harajuku where I ate delicious cheese and choco soft crepe, and Shinjuku, where I bought a Starbucks Tokyo mug for my mom.
Then today I spent almost the whole day in Tsutaya Shibuya, Loft, and Bookoff.
After that I went to Ochanomizu and just roamed aimlessly on the streets and on the bridge, it's like the U-belt of Tokyo, only soooo much better.
Every second I keep thinking how unbelievable it is that I am finally in Tokyo.
Anyway, I have a lot to write, observations and quirks and such, but I want to relish this time alone :)
One thing I did notice is that compared to Taiwan, Japanese boys look away when you catch them looking at you.
Taiwanese guys want to do a staring contest lol ^^*
either that's a cultural diff or maybe I was just cuter and skinnier and Taipei so they weren't afraid to have eye contact with me?
Either way, both countries have a lot of tall guys ��･ I don't feel so gigantic anymore.
And you know what, I stand by my ground that Japanese men are gorgeous. Possibly more or just as gorgeous as Taiwanese men.
Lol what am I saying I sound like a man-depraved woman.
Not really, those are just observations.
I have observations about Jpn women too, but it's just that they are so like me
in a lot of ways, so I'm not too surprised about it ^^;;
