Then I can't speak English well...

In Japan, there are some fixed phrase for customers.
For example...
"いらっしゃいませ(Irasshaimase)" is a greeting.
means "welcome to shop!"
When people leave the store,
clerk say “ありがとうございました(Arigatougozaimashita)”
When clerk make someone wait,
say 「少々お待ち下さい(Omachikudasai)」
