The integrated contacts management system is designed to be both an address book and a repository for potential clients. As an address book CiMS records all relevant data, including title, position, address, as well as new media details such as websites, emails, Skype, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. CiMS also provides the ability to classify both companies and individual contacts. Tags, representing groups, can be assigned for use in targeted sales, marketing and publicity campaigns. Tags can be given to companies (company tags) or to individual contacts (contact tags) and used to create mailing lists. Not all users will need to access all features within CiMS, and in larger offices where work is specialised it maybe important to restrict access to some functions.

Cims Book
The CiMS “Roles and Permissions” module enables customers to control staff access to the various parts of CiMS. Local administrators can create user groups and grant each group access to specific features, for example creating jobs, sending estimates, billing and contact management. Access restrictions can be applied so that staff can only see their own jobs or those of a specific group.
