（かつて）日本を代表する名門企業（だった）パナソニック、いつから企業売買で人々を食い物にする「ハゲタカファンド」に変わったのか？
売却価格が１００億円、今年買収したばかりの三洋電機を切り売りしてあげた益だ。右から左へ直ぐに売却する企業を買収するなんて、真っ当な製造業のやることじゃない。正に欧米のハゲタカファンドばりの所業だ。
数年前、三洋電機の買収に名乗りを上げた 中村邦夫社長（現会長）は、「三洋のバッテリー部門は何としても手に入れたい。それ以外の分野をリストラしなければならないのが厄介だ。」と言っていた。
（本人は否定しても、周囲に漏らしていたことのようだから 間違いなく本音だろう。）
結局 三洋電機の”切り売り”は既定路線だったということだ。
中国企業に身売りされていく パナソニック（元 三洋）白物家電分野の皆さん、ぜひ良い製品を産み出し、
”古巣”を見返すほどにがんばってください。リベンジです。

SANYO Electric Co..,Ltd. which is the subsidiary of Panasonic now published to sell its home appliances division in Japan and South East Asia to Haier Group China. It is said that Panasonic aims at dissolution of
duplication of home appliances business between Panasonic and SANYO in same group.
When did Panasonic which was once the representative distinguished company in Japan change to
HAGETAKA(a vulture) Fund that means Buy-Out Fund at the expense of investors and employees by
purchase of companies?
A selling price is 10 billion Yen ( about 128 million US dollar)!! This is earnings that Panasonic divided
SANYO( purchased just this spring!) , sold pieces , and gained. What Panasonic purchsed another company
"from the right" and sold "to the left" soon, ・・・・・・ it is not the just act by the right manufacturing
company , but is act like as by HAGETAKA Fund of USA or Europe.
A several years ago , Kunio Nakamura ,the president of Panasonic (he is promoted to the chairperson now)
gave his name to purchase SANYO.
He said.
"I want to purchase the battery division of SANYO at any cost. It is the most excellent and potential in
the world. However , it is annoying and a cause of constant anxiety to do away with other divisions of
SANYO except the battery and lay off employees. "
Even if Nakamura denies the contents of his utterance , he expressed persons surrounding. It was his real intention certainly.
At result , it was a " predetermined route(plan) " to divide SANYO and sell pieces.
All employees of home appliances division of Panasonic ( originally SANYO) sold into bondage to Haier Group China , I hope you to design and provide fine products , and exert yourself like you put your old
place in service to shame. It is your revenge!

スポーツや音楽が被災者を救っているかのように報道されているが、それだけで実際の悲惨な状況が改善されている訳ではない。

Kaio is not excellent due to his long Sumo career merely. But the time he kept on devote himself to improve
