I was born and have lived in Tokyo except during a college student.
Although I say so, my hometown is Hachioji,
which is located so far from center of Tokyo.
Hachioji is a bit famous at a weather forecast news in Tokyo.
The climate characteristics are hotter in summer and colder in winter
than city center of Tokyo.
For example, A weather forecasts report from Hachioji on purpose
when it’s colder than usual in winter.
It is because it may seem to snow.
They want to take a snow-image in Tokyo.
As a result of the forecasts, Hachioji looks like too cold,
just like not Tokyo.
I resented how to report.
