Do you have eating culture in your hometown?

I'm from Aichi-prefecture.

There are many famous food in my hometown. "Miso Cutlet", "Hithsmabusi",  "Chiken Wing Tip" and so on.These foods tend to be thick.

Actually I think so , some people don't like to eat them but I like them much.

Also many reastaurants are cooking thick foods.

Now paticulary restaurant move in other prefecture.

This is Miso cutlet :)

I like it very much!!!

There are some histories why my home often eat thick foods.

One key is "Miso" like bean paste. It used to use as seasoning in my hometown.

I think "Miso" was established once, people use Miso flaver when they grow up.

There are similar situation in Korean I think. Korean people have eaten "Korean pickles"

since they were children. So they get to like spicy food.

However seeing around the world for example Europe or US even Japan, many people think

to dislike spicy foods.

But recently Korean culture is entering Japan. So some kind of foods are famous in my country especially spicy foods.

Therefore Japanese people get to like spicy foods now.

I think this is eating culture.

They begin to like local foods that peple have local foods when they were children.

Sometimes this culture affect another country.

Eating culture is very interesting for me.

I like many type of foods especially spicy foods!!

If your country has originally foods, please tell me about it!!!

I will try it soon :)
