In the wake of all of the trouble that the nuclear power plant in Fukushima has been having, America has begun to worry about the safety of our nuclear plants as well.
There are thirteen nuclear power plants in America with the same exact design as the one in Fukushima, two of which are in New Jersey (the state I live in). ((>д<))
It makes me worry about what would happen if a natural disaster as bad as the earthquake that hit Japan occurred here.
I hear there is a fault line in the Atlantic Ocean. I live close to that Ocean. New Jersey is also a very small state. If one of the two power plants had a meltdown, the entire state could be affected.
Hopefully we will at least improve our regulations on our nuclear plants.
So after we went to the post office and found out that my package wasn't there, My friend says that she may have called a different post office.
She said it is not unheard of for international orders to be sent to a different post office than your mail usually goes to.
It was a possibility. There is more than one post office in Princeton and there is another area nearby called Princeton Junction. We have gotten somebody from Princeton Junction's mail before, so my package might be there.
So we went to the other post office in Princeton. A man at that post office told us that although the two post offices I went to were both in Princeton, they had different zip codes and that mail is sent based on zip codes NOT based on town.
He told us the package may already be on the truck and that if the package didn't come by the next day, then we should call our regular post office.
My mom had been arguing this possibility the whole time and while we were on the way home she told me that if the package was on the doorstep when we got home, she would kick both my butt and my friend's.
Well, when we got home we noticed something in the snow...
It was my package!
I quickly scrambled out of the car first to get my package out of the snow and second to avoid my moms foot, that was probably going to go straight up my ass.

Well, to be fair, it wasn't on the doorstep.... it was in the snow.
I guess that's why I was safe.
I looked at the package it said "Don't leave out in rain." and "Fragile". I guess the mail man was a... great.... listener.
I guess I'll give him this much- it was snowing, NOT raining.
But there was a big box-shaped dent in a nearby pile of snow.
Hmm... I wonder how the package got out of the truck.....
I see he didn't know what fragile means....
I finally got my doll. I am so happy. I took some pictures!

I named him Milo.
I hate his wig, but That's what happens with a "random wig"
I'll have to buy a new one later.
