CHARLESTON, W.Va. (AP) -- West Virginia motorists aren't seeing much movement in gas prices this week.
AAA East Central says the average price for a gallon of unleaded gasoline decreased less than a penny in the past week to a statewide average of $3.63. That's 18 cents cheaper than the same week a year ago.
Prices range from $3.57 in Wheeling to $3.68 in Bridgeport and Huntington.
Nationally, gas prices average $3.51. That's a penny less than a week ago, and 31 cents lower than a year ago.
