タイトルにあるのは「調子はどう？」って意味。
the meaning of the title is how are you feeling.
調子が悪い人とかに聞く how are you feeling?みたいなもの。
when you ask how are you feeling? for someone who got sick or sth like that.
元気？は come estas?なので間違うことは先ず無いのだけど・・・
I'm pretty sure that I don't interpret in the wrong way of how are you? because it's come estas in Spanish.
相方が喉の調子が悪いと言い出して、急遽仕事を休んで病院に付き添った。
My lover said that he has a sore throat,then I took a rest of my work hurriedly and went to a hospital with him.
いや～。メキシコの医療制度、酷い。
mmmmm. the health care system of Mexico is .... horrible.
先ず朝早く起きて（５時・６時）一度病院へ行き・保険証みたいな本（母子手帳みたいな大きさ）を決められた数字の箱に入れる。
first Mexican people have to wake up early in the morning at about 5 to 6 then go to the hospital to put thier insurance cards like a maternity health record book into the box which is arranged thier own number by Mexican government.

家に帰って一休み。
come back home and take a little rest.
↓
午後１時過ぎにもう一度病院へ行って、やっと医者に診てもらえる。
after 1pm they have to go to the hospital again,then they are able to see a doctor finally.
だけど、朝病院に行くのが遅いとその分順番が遅くなって、結局長いと５・６時間は軽く待たされる。
however if you put your card into the box too late your turn will be later,sometimes it takes more than 5 to 6 hours after all.
まぁ、政府がお金を払うからタダで医者に診てもらえるのはいいけど、病人を何時間も待たせるのはちょっと・・・といつも思う。
well, it's free to see a doctor because the government pays for them but I often don't think that's a good idea to make patients wait for hours.
相方も言っていたけど、少しはお金の負担をするから、医者に直ぐ診てもらいたいとの事。
my lover told me once he wants to see a doctor as soon as possible even if he has to pay a little bit money.
って事はやっぱり日本の医療制度は中々的を射ているのかなと思った次第。
