The facility will serve PAGCOR-licensed online gaming operators
New region-specific games will follow, including Super Color Game
Evolution has launched its first live casino studio in Asia, opening a facility in Cebu to support licensed online gaming operators in the Philippines.
The operation will serve the country’s regulated iGaming market, which remains the only officially licensed framework for online gambling in Asia.
The studio, developed in collaboration with One Visaya Gaming Corporation (OVG), initially features live Baccarat tables. Evolution plans to expand the portfolio later this year to include game show formats like Lightning Roulette, Marble Race and the region-specific Super Color Game.
Gionata La Torre, Evolution’s CEO for Europe, said: “This new studio is a major milestone in our long-term commitment to the region. Partnering with OVG allows us to deliver live content tailored to local preferences through licensed operators.”
Good to know: Asia generated €201.9m ($237.9m) in revenue for Evolution in Q1 2025, making it the company’s highest-earning region that quarter
The Philippines\' regulated market provides a framework that Evolution can build on, following a series of studio launches across North America and Europe.
The Cebu site will deliver live-streamed content in line with PAGCOR standards and positions Evolution to scale further in Southeast Asia.
Additional titles are expected to launch before the end of 2025, as the live dealer online casino supplier continues to localise content in response to market demand.
The company also signalled its intent to grow in other licensed Asian markets should regulatory frameworks expand.
