Yesterday evening a Friend/ Co-worker called me on my phone and was crying.
She got fired.
The reasons where far-fetched, really... that's so annoying.
(to explain. We expanded our Occupational Therapeutic Facility with a new project. A coffee bar. To make the step easier for our patrons into working-life. Sylvi ( Friend) owned the bar before and sell it because of personal reasons. At the start we really where happy to have her in our Team to show us everything and the patrons where pretty happy with her too!)
I have not a high rank there... I wonder if had any at all
That's why nobody talked to me uû like always.So some of the other Co- Workers and the Boss of the Bosses (xD) had a conversation with her or better, they talked and she just sat there and didn't know what happened to her.
They told her she where to squirrelly and she had to less knowledge about how to handle our patrons.
- She is a gastronome , what a surprise. That's why she was there.
She can't give our patrons continuity and would harm them.
- Non of our patrons ever told anything like that and she is way more expert in that like the other gastronome we had. So she is the one who can give continuity in that kind of working progress.
.... and all these stuff like that.
When we met today I told her what I think about that. She was still in the probation period that ends in the middle of next month. I sure that they never had the plan to let her pass this time.
She is different from the others of us, yes, she is a nervous kind of person, yes, she has not the same knowledge like we had, yes. But she really give her best and always be paitient with everyone, even they asked the same old shit 100000000 times. She was interested and she never harm anyone in anyway.
She have a load of problems by herself and she never let this turn out in front of our patrons.
SO WHAT THE HECK DID THEY DO?? FUCKING HELL >.<
A view hours ago she had a meeting with one of our workers' council. She also said that this was pre-arranged.
I just can say that this wasn't the first time.
But it seems that the workers' council can't do anything now.
I have to calm down.... again. I have no clue what's going on these days.
My problem is that I know too much about everyone there. Everybody is talking to me and told me thing that I better don't know and everytime the conversation ends with " but don#t tell this anybody."
Someday I'll explode.
If I would go to our Boss and tell him every fucking shit that happens there... then we were just three workers left. -_____-b
