I don't know how many of you watch, or have even heard, of Game of Thrones. It's an amazing, AWESOME show based on some novels. If you like medieval fantasy then this is the show for you. It's got sword fighting, drama, handsome men, beautiful women, and gorgeous costumes. What more can one ask for?! ラブラブ Anyway, the season finale was on Sunday night, very dramatic and sad, but epic nonetheless. I just hate how I have to wait until next Spring to see the second season. しょぼん

I also love the intro to the series, it's beautiful. I'm kinda debating on whether or not to make it my ringtone. :P

I went to a barbecue party today at a friend's house. I ate SO much food, I feel like I'm going to burst right now. There was meat, cobbler, dips, chips, and many other things. A lot of people showed up and they took a dish or dessert for the guests to eat. We also sang a little bit of karaoke. My voice is going to sound so hoarse after belting out Natalie Imbruglia's "Torn" and No Doubt's "Just A Girl" with my friend DeeDee. にひひ

But I had a lot of fun. Although, I don't think I'd like to do that for some time. Can't have too much of a good thing!

I got my hair cut last week. After 2 years of trimming my hair myself, I was in dire need of getting a professional to fix it for me. I asked for layers again after seeing an old pic of myself with my hair layered and liking how it looked on me. You can't exactly see from the pic but it's layered. :P I tried straightening it and after a few hours my hair started getting the curls back. I hate my hair! プンプン

It's very late here and my eyes are closing. Buenas Noches!
In less than a month, God willing, I'll be flying out to California to visit my boyfriend. I'm so excited and I wish this month would go by faster! I was born in California but have not set foot in that state since I was 4 years old. It's been over 20 years and I vaguely remember anything about it. I'm from the southern part of the state and my boyfriend lives in the northern part. I'm told it's very different between the two parts. Luckily I'll be able to see both while out there since we'll be visiting Disneyland for 3 days. ニコニコ I've also been to that park, except I was 3 the last time I went and I don't recall a thing about it. Even if I did the park has changed over the 20+ years from when I was last there. Geez. My daughter will have a great time getting to see all the princess things Disney is famous for. I just hope she doesn't explode from excitement. 爆弾

School is out for the summer. I was looking forward to it more than my kid, I think. This whole year seemed to drag so slowly by! My daughter passed from Kindergarten to 1st grade like I knew she would. I'm still teaching her things over the summer so she won't have a hard time when school starts up again at the end of August. Now the time between now and then can go as slow as it possibly can, please.

On the 18th of this month I have to take a test required by the state for all students wishing to enter college in Texas. It's called THEA and consists of 3 parts: Reading, Writing, and Math. I'm not so confident on the Writing and Math portions. Those have always tended to be my weakest subjects and I'm trying to study as much as I can (or as much as I feel up to) until the test date. Wish me luck! 星

In honor of school being out I'll post this song. v(^-^)v
