The Blackbird Chronograph
Limited Edition Blacksteel by Breitling sports a black dial complimented with
red and white hour-markers and hands. There is a date aperture located at 12

Following the tradition of
Breitling when it comes to caliber, the Blackbird Chronograph Limited Edition
Blacksteel is powered by Caliber 44 – a manufactory-made self-winding
chronograph movements that is officially certified by the COSC.
Along
with 38 jewels, the Caliber 44 incorporates a balance wheel which moves back and
forth generating 28, 800 vibrations per hour. This mechanism makes possible the
functions of 1/4th of a second chronograph, with 12-hour and 30-minute
totalizers.
The house if this great movement is a 43. 70 mm stainless
steel case. The case is equipped with a bidirectional rotating and ratcheted
bezel, but also with a screw-locked crown. In order to provide proper protection
for this watch, there is a cambered sapphire crystal with anti-reflective

case back is engraved with the limited edition number. The Blackbird timepiece
has a water-resistance for up to 300 meters.
