ここ雪ノ下さんにはいろんなパンケーキの種類があったけど、中でも際だって魅力的なこの抹茶パンケーキ🥞✨
分厚いパンケーキの上に手作り感満載の生クリーム、あんこ、黒豆。
そして、このパンケーキの色！抹茶の主張が激しい🙌笑
それだけじゃなくて、味も抹茶の特に苦味の主張が強い！
これさらに抹茶ソースがついてて、かけてみるとさらに苦い！！
パンケーキがここまで苦くなるのかとびっくりしました笑
だけど、上にのってる生クリーム、あんこ、黒豆と一緒に食べると甘味と苦味が丁度よくなり、美味しくてにやけながら食べてました笑
注文してから焼くみたいで、少し待つ時間長かったけど、そんなの気にならなくなるぐらい美味しかったです💕
ちなみにここのフレンチトーストもすっごい美味しそうでした😋🍴

This cafe called "Yukinoshita" has lots of kinds of pancakes, but the best one for me was this matcha flavor!
Handmade fresh cream, Anko (Japanese sweet red bean paste), and sweet black beans were on the thick pancake.
This green color of the cake was so matcha! Haha
Not only the color but also the taste were matcha! It's great bitter taste.
You can get a matcha sauce with the cake, and this sauce was really bitter! I was surprised because I didn't know that a pancake can be so bitter!
However, if you eat with fresh cream, anko, and sweet black beans, it will be really tasty!!!!
This pancake is baked after we order, so we have to wait a little longer, but once you bite it, you will forget the time you wait!:) haha
By the way, a French toast that they have also looks nice!💕
