  ９時過ぎ出発豊平川サイクリングに行くとなにやらイベントの準備中そういえば、いかだ下りの時期だと気づく自分は支笏湖線に向かう途中から恵庭岳線へ恵庭から北広島駅　エルフィンロードを通って戻りました８０ｋｍくらいになりました

- 今度の休み
  日曜ごと出かけてましたが、今度の休みは予定が無いのでサイクリングに行こうと思います。８日は６ｈエンデューロに行ってきました。見ていて自分も走りたくなりました来年は１時間ソロに挑戦します２１日は豊富のサロベツ１００マイルロードに行く予定でいます
