Rumors spread throughout the camp that I was prostituting myself. Every time I walked, people would stare at me. I just did it to feed my cousin. I am fed up with everything. I want to get out of this camp. But if I leave, I will be persecuted by Myanmar's national army soldiers, and I will be crippled again. I am deprived of Myanmar's nationality, not recognized as a citizen, and being treated as an illegal immigrant from Bangladesh. I am stateless, without protection from any country. Oh, I am hopeless.
Why doesn't the world help us? Why am I subjected to persecution and violence just because we are a little different? It is unfair. I just, I just want to live a normal life.
Goodbye, I just hope, that in another life, I am free and belong to a certain nationality where I would not have to get any persecution. I am so excited to meet my parents and siblings....!
