Thai Beef Salad Recipe
Ingredients:

1 lb halal sirloin or flank steak

1 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp lime juice

1 tsp minced garlic

1 tsp minced ginger
-
1 tsp honey
-
1 tbsp olive oil

Mixed greens
-
Cherry tomatoes
-
Cucumber slices
-
Red onion
-
Fresh mint and cilantro
Dressing:

3 tbsp lime juice
-
1 tbsp soy sauce
-
1 tbsp honey
-
1 tbsp olive oil
-
1 minced garlic clove
-
Chili flakes
Instructions:

Marinate beef with soy sauce, lime juice, garlic, ginger, honey, and olive oil for 30 minutes.

Grill or sear the steak for 4 to 6 minutes per side, rest, then slice thinly.

Add greens, tomatoes, cucumber, onion, mint, and cilantro to a bowl.

Whisk dressing ingredients together.

Add beef on top, drizzle dressing, toss lightly, and serve fresh.
