I went to go eating sushi the other day.


First picture
The nearest one is sea eel.Sea eel is called "Anago" in Japanese.Sea eel is ever popular sushi menu.Basically sushi is topped with raw ingredients, but sea eel is nomally served in the state of being baked.

The leftmost sushi is medium fatty tuna.
I like this best.

Squid sashimi.
I ate this with soy source and grated ginger.
