Subconscious:潜在意識
おはようございます!Maiです!昨日は朝から秋のような天気、晴れていましたが、風が適度に冷たく、久しぶりにとても気持ちがいい朝でしたね。一昨日は、「潜在意識メンタル講座」詳細はここをクリック!へ行ってきました。帰ってきたらヘトヘト、ブログを書くつもりが気づいたら、ベットで寝てしまっていました。コーチングや、ヨガを勉強していると、必ずでてくる「潜在意識」使われている言葉は違いますが、私はコーチングもヨガも、潜在意識メンタル講座も、本質、目指しているところは、同じだと思います。手法が異なるだけ。ただ、どれか1つだけでは、潜在意識意識にたどり着けないこともある。ゴールは1つでも、色々な角度からのアプローチが、大切だなぁと、改めて思います。気づいたことがもう一つ。いつもの癖で、全てを論理的に理解して、思考で未来を作ろうとしてしまっていたこと。それも私、それを受け止めて、改めて、考えないってどういうことか、より深く、明確に、わかった気がします。自分を知るって、本当にとても大切ですね。少しでも多くの人が、心から楽しめる時間が増えますように。今日もこの一日に、感謝。【English】Good morning, everyone;)It was a really pleasant morning yesterday, wasn’t it?Very clear sky with a bit cooler wind.I did feel it has been a while since I last felt this beautiful air In the morning.A day before yesterday,I was planning to write a blog after I got home,but I fell asleep as soon as I got back.The reason was this,A seminar “how to reach subconscious for female entrepreneurs.”click here for detailWhen you practice YOGA, learn coaching,you will definitely encounter this word “subconscious”It might be described in different expressions,but I did learn that what people want to reach out of those Yoga, coaching and some other being yourself stuff is the same.They are just using deferent approaches.When you really want to get something you really want,or to be the ideal person,It is sometime really difficult by only practicing one approach.The goal we are heading is one-goal,but knowing many approaches is important to reach your goal.One more thing I have realized yesterday.As usual, I always tend to think my life logically,to create the ideal future and I have recently been doing this again.It is OKAY,this is me,my strength,don’t deny,just accept who I am,and then,seeing the difference between think and feel,I now deeply understand what it is like to feel my heart,have a subconscious mind.I have realized again, but this time much more deeply,how important to KNOW about myself.Love, smile,be thankful for whatever is going to happen today.Mai
