『八尾若ごぼう』料理対決と交流会!

Mさんにお誘い頂き、面白いイベントに参加しました。総勢30名の参加者全員が審査員で、八尾若ごぼうを使った料理4品を試食して順位をつけます。

『八尾若ごぼう』の生産者も参加!

八尾近郊だけでなく私の近所のスーパーでも最近八尾若ごぼうを見かけます。今だけ春の恵みが頂けます。葉、茎、根のすべてが食べられて、それぞれ調理法や味付けの違いを楽しめます!私はオリーブオイルでジャコと葉を炒めてみました。お勧めです!

…それも含めて何もかも初めての体験でした。実はコンテストより、交流会がメインだったのです。多くのクリエーターが集まり凝ったデザインの名刺をいっぱい頂きました。さっきの料理人も本業はクリエーター✨


私たち3人は生駒市観光振興を画策しています。来月は我が家に来ていただき押し寿司体験後、生駒の観光地を巡る予定💕今からとても楽しみにしています😃


“Yao Waka Burdock” cooking showdown and social gathering!


 Miss . M invited me to participate in an interesting event. A total of 30 participants will serve as judges and will rank four dishes using Yao young burdock after tasting them.

 Lately, I've been seeing young Yao burdock not only in the Yao area, but also at my local supermarket. You can enjoy the blessings of spring only now. The leaves, stems, and roots are all edible, and you can enjoy different cooking methods and seasonings for each! I tried frying the jaco and leaves in olive oil. It is recommended!


All dishes are delicious!

 The most interesting victory is decided to be number 2! !

 ...Everything including that was a new experience for me. Actually, the main event was a networking event rather than a contest. Many creators gathered and received many business cards with elaborate designs. 

 The chef I mentioned earlier is also a creator by profession✨

The three of us are planning to promote tourism in Ikoma City.  

Next month, I plan to have them come to my house and experience pressed sushi before touring tourist spots in Ikoma💕
