Mediterranean-inspired fare and elegant cocktails are served in sleek surrounds at this modern, airy University Heights hangout, complete with arched vaulted ceilings, cedar-wood walls with bold, geometric designs and indoor/outdoor seating.
Located in San Diego’s University Heights neighborhood, Madison on Park serves the upscale Mediterranean and Southern California inspired cuisine in a modern yet warm atmosphere. Madison features a full bar, an upscale menu, offered in the bar and main dining room – which features high-vaulted ceilings and cedar-laden walls, creating an indoor-outdoor aesthetic.
The concept’s team includes owner and managing partner Jeffrey Fink, who also runs M-Theory Music and is managing partner of FLUXX nightclub, and partner-GM Matthew Sieve formerly of Isabel Cruz Hospitality.
Madison’s menu is designed by Mario Cassineri, partner and executive chef of BiCE Ristorante, who is also a part of the new Buona Forchetta project in Liberty Station, while chef Tony “G” Gutierrez (BiCE Ristorante, La Strada and Opera Café) runs the kitchen day-to-day.
