スタジオクラスの一貫として、アーユルヴェーダW.Sを行いました🤗 私とアーユルヴェーダとの出会い🍀 9年前の癌をきっかけに出会ったアーユルヴェーダ。 こんなにも、自分の事を知らなかったんだって衝撃を受けて、自分の事が大切に想えるようになった事が今のこのわたしを作り上げた だから、アーユルヴェーダを知って欲しい そして、そのままの自分を受け止めてバランスを取ってほしい。 まさにヨガそのもの。 深い深いW.Sになりました 🤗 Which did Ayurveda W.S as consistency in a studio class🤗 Encounter🍀 with me and Ayurveda,🍀.
