So the other day I ended up staying up all night because I've always wanted to ride my bike early in the morning before anyone has woken up.It was so nice to be able to ride my beach cruiser in the middle of the road, no cars around.I then decided to ride my bike up to the nearby lake here in town. There's a small waling path next to the road that leads to the lake and so I rode my bike on this road. I ended up stopping a little over halfway to the lake because I was afraid of riding my bike and blowing a tire. There was a bench and a wonderful view of the sunrise and thw surrounding country side.I took some great photos of the sunrise but as I was taking a picture of the area to show the wonderful nature of the area my camera began to malfunction and ended up not working at all. While there I saw three does and a fawn as well as a hot air balloon. Something that Walla Walla is famous for is their hot air ballons. I wish I could show you photos of that but all I have is photos of the sunrise.

It was nice to be able to exercise for a change. Ever since I came home for my break from university I haven't been able to exercise regularly because I don't have access to a gym here at home. Everyone tells me to go outside and run but they don't understand that I don't want to run outside, still being overweight as I am, in a small town like Walla Walla and have people from high school see me. It's embarrassing on my part so that's why I woke up so early to ride my bike. I try to wake up early more often but I always end up staying up late at night on my computer >_< I wish my best friend didn't have to start her university so early because then we could hang out more often and I wouldn't be stuck in a house all day every day.

Well that's my schpeel for now. Sorry again it wasn't in Japanese but I had too much to write and I don't know some of the sentence patterns in Japanese yet. Until next time! ニコニコ

はじめまして!ジョマリーと言います。これは私のはじめブログです。Okay, I'm too tired to type in Japanese X3. Hello world! My name is Jo Marie and this is my first blog ^^ Just to give a brief introduction, I'm currently 21 years old and am in my final year at university here in the states. My major is Japanese and so in order to help practice my Japanese I created this blog. (but right now I'm too tired to type in Japanese so English will do for now =3) I am interested in teaching English in Japan after I graduate next year, but due to a series of fortunate events since the beginning of this year I have also thought of teaching English in Korea. I'm still debating which one to choose. Both are very good options for me as they have their own benefits to my life but I just can't pick >_< I guess I'll need more advice before I choose. Well I'll sign off for now and update more later Hopefully in Japanese XD じゃね~~~~
