15日16日と、長年勤続して下さっている社員さんの
御父様のお通夜・告別式に行って参りました。
社員さんは実家に帰省するたびに、御父様から言われていたことがあります。
「ルミナスに育ててもらったようなものや」と。
社員さんはこの言葉をとても大切にしていました。
生みの親がいれば、社会に出てから育ててくれた親もいる。
親に感謝し、世間に感謝し、今置かれている場所で献身的に働くことの尊さ。
御父様のそんな想い（教え）が、彼女の生きる力の源泉になっています。
小さな会社の経営は、ご両親やご家族のご理解とご協力がなければ成り立ちません。
僕にとっても、会社にとっても、亡くなられた御父様は、最大の協力者でした。
出会いがあれば、別れもある。
けれども今生のお別れに際し「感謝に生きる」ことの大切さが
永遠の言葉となって、僕らの心に刻み込まれた気がします。
感謝の気持ちと共に心からご冥福をお祈りさせて頂きました。

family and your parents .
Also for me ,
your father also for the company , died was a collaborator of the maximum .
