Ingredients are: 1 large zucchini 30 grams of almond butter 170 grams of broccoli (heads) 6 grams of Tamari sauce or gluten-free Soy Sauce 300 Kcal (16 P, 16 C, 16 F, 10 grams of dietary fiber) A satisfying recipe, rich in vitamin E, A and K (liposoluble vitamins). Almond butter is a versatile ingredient that can be used in salty or sweet recipes! It is rich in micronutrients and very satisfying! Almonds are considered one of the best brain foods and a great help in weight loss because they prevent overeating. Almonds are naturally rich in biotin, vitamin E, manganese, copper, vitamin B2, phosphorus, magnesium, fiber. I used Damiano Almond Butter (Amandino by @damiano_organic) that is an Organic Italian brand, without preservatives or additives: 100% almonds! So yummy! I'm obsessed!
