精進中1 - the pause
This is meant to be a series of blog post dedicate the change of bad habits
The goal is to pause b4 the urge of doing anything that is not very productive
or are not very healthy, and then if noticing anything then write it into this
blog as a reference for further improvement.
The following are a list of habits i want to change:
1) The urge of starting to play video game or watch variety show
2) The urge of sleeping late
3) The urge of not going outside or do anything, and feeling tired
Only 3 for now, thats good enough for me
