精進中1 - the pause

This is meant to be a series of blog post dedicate the change of bad habits

The goal is to pause b4 the urge of doing anything that is not very productive

or are not very healthy, and then if noticing anything then write it into this

blog as a reference for further improvement.





The following are a list of habits i want to change:

1) The urge of starting to play video game or watch variety show

2) The urge of sleeping late

3) The urge of not going outside or do anything, and feeling tired

Only 3 for now, thats good enough for me

Its been a long time since i last had lunch by myself

So today i went to shin woo's food court to enjoy the mightily delicious

HAE DUP BAP and a can of coke after that

Extacy! In the middle of the food court

I see angels flying around me! So delicious

Must go some other time, yay


Thats a bottle i bought supposely to be used during workout
