I will work through a private company.
And I will be doing home teaching. In other words, I'll be a tutor.
Actually, I did home teaching as a part time job when I was a uni student, so I already know what the job is like.
What's troublesome about my new job is, day and night will be completely reversed. Simply because students are at school during the day, my job starts in the evening and ends late at night. Also, I will have no free Saturdays and Sundays, because weekends are the time when a tutor can make the most money. So, my time off will be during the week rather than on the weekends. But it's not too much a problem for me. I don't need to get up too early anymore, which is lucky, too. (I really hate the cold in the early mornings in the winter.^^;)
I haven't a driver license, so I have to get it as soon as possible. Sometimes students' homes are very far from the nearest station. In that case, it'll be really inconvenient if I can't drive a car.

I was thinking of changing jobs until recently, because my work, which was just taking calls and looking over papers, was really boring and I couldn't see any future in my job. Everyday was so depressing!
So, I sent my resume to two companies last month, but both of them refused me.
However, a week ago, on the 3rd challenge, I finally was accepted!
I will leave the current office at the end of this month and start the new job in December.
My new job is to teach students for their entrance examinations.
I used to really like studying when I was a student, which is why I chose this job.
Also, I am a successful model of being accepted by prestigious universities, so I think I am well qualified, too.
Most importantly, studying is my hobby! Isn't it wonderful that one's job is also one's hobby?
Now, I'm starting to re-familiarize myself with topics such as World History, Classic Japanese, and Science. I know students sometimes only memorize important words rather than gain a deep understanding of a subject. Because they are young, they've not developed methods to connect the information they are given.
As a teacher, I need to have a better understanding of the topics so I can guide my students towards their goals.
I really have to get down on my studies! But I enjoy it and I know this job is my vocation!^^

Now, I started to deeply study some school subjects, such as World History, Classic Japanese, Science. I know how only superficially high school students can study, just because they are too young to comprehend enough. For most of them, study means just to memorize important words and they do not come to understand how everything is connected to each other.
As a teacher, I need to know everything and be able to guide students right.

I had lunch at Denny's with my friend.
I ate spaghetti and a parfait!
The parfait was really great. It was sweet potato and pumpkin ice cream topped with fresh whipped cream.
