Our meals were interesting, fresh, and wholesome. The portion sizes were more than expected for the price since this is prepared White Suede Boulima 160mm from scratch. We chose two of the daily specials. The pecan crusted tilapia was wonderful paired with romaine, apples, blue cheese, and grapes. Suede Boulima 160mm The pecan crusted pork loin was moist and worked so well with the fresh green beans and sweet potato puree. We finished with house made tres leches cake and ice cream. Made a special trip thru Meridian so we could try this place due to the positive reviews. Food was good and plentiful. However the service was lacking all employees were on their cell phone. I'm assuming a the lady behind the register was the owner but not sure her head was down the whole time looking at cell until some locals came in where she actually greeted them and thanked them warmly. When we left not a glance up or a thanks! It was only us and one other table so no excuse for poor customer service.

Chicken Fried Chicken and TeaWent on a recommendation of a local who told me it was good but a little spicy it was just spicy enough to me the vegetable medley was good not what you would typically think of. They bring you bread to start don't eat the bread it was very stale the waitress recommend the chicken fried chicken and it was very good but it was a huge portion i would have like to tried a desert but was to full after my meal. when the service is lacking but the food is good i would recommend this place but my warning would be the service in not very good.

called ahead to reserve a table for eight and table not ready when we got there
Some of us had to get up and get our own silverware from unoccupied tables
never offered bread
waiter asked "Whaddya want" and not "may I start you with an appetizer"
Had to call for the waiter twice, he was so busy sitting in plain view playing on his I phone.
Had to get up and get my own Brown Suede Boulima 160mm to go box for the leftovers while we waited and waited for our check, entertained by the shrieks and giggles coming from the kitchen
never offered a dessert menu
Waiter screwed up the first credit card charge, charging us 43 dollars for eight full meals which my father in law was too honest to pay real total was actually 150.00.
Never offered any refills on tea or water
When we left, we left in silence, no "thanks for coming" or "come back soon".
In other words there was no service. The restraunt would be better off letting people serve themselves, as we virtually had to do.
