Recently,I cooked vegetable soup. My husband' health examination result was not so good. He has to reconsider for his eating habit and he need to lose his weight. 
最近、夫の検診結果が良くなかったので、脂肪燃焼スープを作っています。以外に美味しい。ご飯にかけるだけでトマトリゾット 、痩せちゃうわ( ´艸｀)
Here is rice on the soup which is almost tomato risotto, really tasty for me. However, my husband don't like the soup very much. I'm going to be skinny, not my husband but me. (LOL)
Vegetable diet soup recipe
■1/2 hole of cabbage
■3 onions
■2 green peppers
■2 piece of celery
■1 can of tomato
All of cut vegetables with soup stock are boiled 30 minutes more as you like.
脂肪燃焼スープ
【材料】
■キャベツ…1/2個
■玉ねぎ…大3個
■ピーマン…大2個
■セロリ…1/2～1本
■チキンスープの素…1個
■ホールトマト…1缶
【作り方】
（１）野菜を一口大にそれぞれ切る。
（２）大きな鍋に(１)とチキンスープの素、ホールトマトを入れ、水をひたひたにしたところで10分程度火にかけて、あとは好みに応じて野菜が柔らかくなるまで煮る。（煮込む場合は、途中で減った水を足してください）

（３）最後に、塩、コショウ、好みに応じてカレーパウダー、チリソースなどで味付けをする。

昨日は、楽しい女子会でした。
食事をして、ショッピング
I was so happy because I enjoyed with cute girls. I went to eat lunch and shopping with my daughter.
そして、練習
After that, we went to go practice.
We bet that who can hit a ball into a basket from about 50yards. Coralie did it first and Haya did it. I couldn't do any balls!
I lose the bet!
So Haya drank beers a lot at cafe Kalama. We enjoyed talking , drinking, playing pronunciation game by IPhone and playing with cat.
Haya played golf well today but she couldn't hit under one hundred. Her score was just 100, at the last hole, she hit four putting. What's a shame!.
