We have to show our ID to buy alcohol in shops or pub so that we can prove our age.
Even meeeeeeeee.
I became 18years old a long time ago.
(In NZs’ law, they can have alcohol at 18 years old.)
ALREADY!! Haha.
But I also have to show my ID every time because face of Asian looks younger than Europeans.
International Drivers License is not work sometimes,
so we have to bring a Passport.
It is too big and worrying to bring.
So what did I do?
I made “18 plus card”.
It is recognized as official certification in NZ.
This is card size, very convenient to carry.
Good. I can get alcohol anytime I want. ;P
