Every year I make a creative word as my new year's resolution. As usual, I finished my work by December at the latest.
However. I've not done yet. Because I can't find a Japanese proverb that has similar meaning with what I want to express.
I don't want to leak my enegy when I do various activities. Just like when I make sound with sinobue and I take ballet lesson, I want to use my enegy thin and strong with squeeze my body and spirit.
In short, "お漏らし注意“. It is not my cup of tea.I want to think a little more.

One day in December. I got a call from a staff working in the nursing home in which my mother is living.
She let me know that my mother fractured a rib. It made me surprised and concerned. However the staff told me that my mother wasn't in pain and she was living as usual. it made me relieved. One day in the next week, I
got a call again from the staff. She told me that my mother took an examination again and she found that she fractured 6 ribs from the 4th to 9th. I was flabbergasted. However, the staff repeated my mother wasn't in pain.
Anyway, I went to see her on Tuesday this week. She looked safe and sound. I felt sorry for her, but she didn't remember she broke bones. That didn't make sense, I
 thought.
Furthermore. I got a call again yesterday. It let me know the latest news. My mother's broken bones has mended nicely in just one month!
She is 86 years old. She is awesome!

On January 1st, I hiked Mt.Hiyama and Mt.Takedayama to see the sunrise on New Year's day.
Because is my annual event, I was very glad to have done it.
However, as soon as I got home, I began to feel chilly and it became getting worse. That was a sign of fever and every time I took my temperature I saw it go up.
In the end, it went up to almost 40 degrees. It was flu.
To make it worse, I might pass a flu to 2 members of hikers.
We always propagate health benefits of mountain walking and one of them is to strengthen the immune system. To get flu damaged not only our bodies but also our mentalities.
