Right now, here is some news that is BREAKING!!!!!
Yesterday at 3 pm in Nagasaki City, a high school student was run over by a street car over at Chitosemachi station.
I was a school at that time, but on my way home I was walking and I saw the police, EMS crews and the Nagasaki Electric Railroad service people clean up the rest of the scene. The body was already been taken away by the time I reached that side of Nagasaki.
Right now, they have set up a memorial shrine (called a butsudan in Japanese) for the victim.
I do not have a icture of it and I WILL NOT take a picture of it because I am afraid that it may show disrespect of the dead.
Don't worry I'm safe and sound.
If you want me to put some food or some messages of happiness or hope or flowers at the butsudan for you, please post a comment!

俺の長崎生活は毎日毎日すごく楽しい。
放課後、俺はローセン電車に乗ってしている。
週末も長崎市でいながら、ローセン電車に乗る。
俺も強く勉強している、けど、この経験も感じたい。

I have recently registered for all of my classes!!!!!
Registration at a Japanese university is completely different from what I have to do back at Mount Union.
At Mount, I have to talk to my advisor(s), then, I would have to go on the internet, choose the classes that I want to take for the next semester and enroll myself.
At a Japanese University one tries out all the classes that they want to take in a whole semester then they choose two weeks later what they want to take.
Well, I have chosen and here are my classes:
Japanese Language
Japanese Culture (in Japanese)
Japanese Literature
Japanese History
Japanese Society
Calligraphy and Kimono
Japanese Culture (in English)
Why am I taking two culture classes?
Well, to stay at Nagasaki Gaidai at the program that I am enrolled in I have to take at least 12 credits of classes and well, the Japanese Culture course taught in Japanese is actually outside the program I am enrolled in.
Ok that is it from my end, I have to get ready for my Japanese Culture course taught in Japanese soon...
