1. The poor heat dissipation of the LED leads to the aging of the solid crystal glue, the layer is removed, and the chip is peeled off. Precautions: Prevent the LED downlight from being suspended and tilted during welding. Do a good job of cooling the LED downlight to ensure the smooth cooling channel of the LED downlight.

2. The overcurrent and overvoltage surges cause the drive, the chip burns, and the luminaire is in an open or short circuit state. Precautions: EOS protection should be done to prevent current and voltage from being greater than the current and voltage surge of the luminaire or driving the LED downlight for a long time.

3, over current impact, burn gold wire. Precautions: Prevent overcurrent and overvoltage from damaging the LED downlight.

4. The anti-static protection is not done during the use process, which causes the LED downlight PN junction to be broken down. Precautionary measures: Do ESD protection work to prevent static electricity from causing the work of the lamps.

5, the welding temperature is too high, the colloidal expansion is severely broken by the gold wire or the external force impacts the impact of the encapsulation colloid, tearing the gold wire. Precautions: Each luminaire has a corresponding installation instruction. Solder in accordance with the recommended soldering conditions, and protect the package structure from damage during assembly.

6. The LED downlight is damp and not dehumidified. During the reflow process, the glue is cracked and the gold wire is broken. Precautions: Care should be taken during the maintenance process. Dehumidification according to the conditions can be carried out by means of a moisture-proof box or an oven for drying and dehumidification. Reflow soldering should be performed in accordance with the recommended reflow parameters.

7. The reflow soldering temperature curve setting is unreasonable, causing the colloid to expand rapidly during the reflow process, causing the gold wire to break. Precautions: Reflow soldering according to recommended reflow parameters.

8. When the LED downlight is shorted or the PCB board is shorted, the LED downlight is broken. Precautionary measures: Do a good job of ESD anti-static protection, avoid short circuit between positive and negative electrodes, and carefully check the PCB.
