【重要】主宰する私や主宰するグループへの「アンチ活動」について
ここは、信頼関係でつながるコミュニティです。
メンバーの皆さまは、自由意志で、グループへの加入・参加・退会をおこなう権利をもっています。
主宰する私も自由意志で、さまざまなグループを設立・運営・休止・廃止し、自由に運営方針を定め、その加入メンバーを自由に選び、または自由に退会させる権利を持っています。
このグループやその関連グループの「MSネットワークグループコミュニティ」は、主宰である私が、自分の思いを実現し、各コミュニティが相乗効果を発揮させ、より大きな輪をつくり賑わいを創生させることにより、私にとって価値ある出会いを増やし、私の人生をより豊かにするために、より良い居場所となるよう運営しています。これは私のかけがえのない権利です。
巨大なコミュニティであるからこそ、０．１％でも実数にすると相当な影響・実害が発生しうることとなります。そのため、主宰する私の幸せ、安全、権利や利益を損なう、主宰する私や主宰するグループへの「アンチ活動」は一切許容しておりません。
私や主宰するグループへのデメリットを許容する理由は一切ありません。
なるべく多くのメンバーが集まり、なるべく多くの方が楽しめるグループ作りを心掛けており、その経験から多数の大きなコミュニティを運営するに至っています。
また、それは、その経験から、多数のグループの相乗効果を高め、大きなコミュニティを運営するにあたって妨げとなるメンバーを排除することにより運営を維持・拡大させることができているのです。
また、私やこのグループと、競合、対抗、対立、敵対するいわゆる「アンチ」活動をするもの、並びにそれらに加わり、支援し、関わる行為をするメンバーについては、私や主宰するグループのセキュリティと利益を損なう裏切り行為と考え、私はそれらのメンバーを信用できないと判断し、そのようなメンバーとは、私はご縁を持ちたいとは考えておりません。
設立の趣旨、グループルール・グループの説明等の同意を前提に加入の承認をしておりますから、即時退会処分としております。
1か月近くに数万件のコメントがあるなか、また、メッセージ、グループ外でのメンバーのつながりがあるなか、グループ内の言動でないと確実に対応できないところもあります。
グループルールにありますとおり、全ての通報の対応や回答はお約束しておりません。
メッセージでのセクハラ事案、悪徳商法の勧誘など所属メンバーの問題行為がありましたら、スクリーンショット、URLなど客観的な証拠をお寄せいただければ、お約束はできませんが、グループ内の注意喚起の材料となりますし、証拠の内容によっては、該当メンバーの退会等の処分も検討できます。
このような、またこれに限らず、他のメンバーの、グループ内外での背信行為など、私やグループの信頼を裏切る行為が確認できましたら、主宰の私まで通報いただきたく思います。

This is a community based on trust.
Members have the right to join, participate in, or quit the groups of their own free will.
I also have the right to establish, operate, suspend, or discontinue various groups of my own free will, to freely set operating policies, and to freely select or delete members.
This group and its related group, "MS Network Group Community," is a place where I, as the leader of the group, can increase the number of valuable encounters for me and enrich my life by realizing my thoughts and creating a bustling atmosphere through the synergy of each community and creating a larger circle. It is a place where I can meet people of value and enrich my life. This is my irreplaceable rights.
Because it is a huge community, even 0.1% of the total group members can have a considerable impact and harm. For this reason, I do not tolerate any "anti-activity" against me or the group I preside over that would harm my happiness, safety, rights, or profits.
There is no reason to tolerate any disadvantages to me or the group I preside over.
I try to create groups that attract as many members as possible and that can be enjoyed by as many people as possible, and this experience has led me to run many large communities.
This experience has also allowed us to maintain and expand our operations by increasing the synergy of the many groups and eliminating members who would hinder the operation of a large community.
Any behavior within or outside of the group that undermines or damages the reputation of me or the group I lead may result in legal action if it is against the law.
Any member who engages in so-called "anti(hater’s )" activities that compete, rival, confront, or antagonize me or this group, and any member who joins, supports, or associates with any of these activities, will be considered a traitor to the security and interests of me or this group, and I will consider them untrustworthy. I consider them untrustworthy, and I do not wish to be associated with such members.
Since I have approved their membership on the premise that they agree to the purpose of the establishment, the group rules and group description, etc., I am immediately terminating their membership.
With tens of thousands of comments in almost a month, messages, and connections between members outside the group, we cannot be sure that we will be able to respond to you unless you say or do something in the group.
As stated in the group rules, we do not promise to respond to or answer every report.
If there is a problem with a member's behavior, such as sexual harassment in messages or solicitation of malicious business, please send us objective evidence such as screenshots or URLs. Depending on the content of the evidence, we may be able to consider punishments such as expulsion of the member in question.
Please report to me, the leader of the group, if you find any of these or any other acts of betrayal by other members inside or outside the group that betrays the trust of the group or me.
