take a rest

Everyday, Working as a barista.

The most I think is "barista is so hard work".

why? because...

Basically, of course standing all time,

and brewing and serving coffee is cost a lot of power and concentration.

barista needs strong mental and physical.

In the hard work, Most important thing is rest!

when I standing in the bar, I have to do everything perfectly.

but on the other hand, when I getting rest,

properly rest own body and mental.

Keeping own tension and condition is obligation of barista...

sigh

Recently, I always take sigh...

I recognized the reason why...

But I can't solve this issue myself.

because, it is depends on my precious girl.

I wanna call her name.
I wanna call back with my name.
wanna embracing...

I just call to say "welcome back"

really tired...

yesterday I had a tasting party at fuglen tokyo.

what were we tasted ?

that's craft beer of Norwegian!!!!

those beer was so brilliant !!!!

the flavor smells like some fruits and some flower!!!

and tast is similar to juice!!

I really amazed!!!

I wanna tasting more beer, but I was so tired.
