1.しっかり冷やす事
2.当日は眠る前に水分を取りすぎないよう控える事
3.心臓より頭を高くして眠る事
がポイントになります。
また翌朝一番目元を冷やす時には必ず起き上がった状態で冷やしすようにしましょう
