i’ve cut too deep. my dad knows it now. i showed him my bleeding wrist … the open wound . he went with me to the doctor ….. now is a bandage around my wrist etc. doctor was shocked …. tomorrow i have to again to the doctor. i have pills now … sedative tablets. i have a referral … need to go to a psychologist. whatever … i feel so sick. so weak & disgusting. sorry for the mess ….
