evening: 54.4kg..... gain weigh.....!!!
im not sure when i ought to check my weigh?
this is a weigh about 2 hours later after dinner
MEALS:mornig: nothing
lunch: curry with SOBA
snack: soy cocoa
dinner: rice, miso soup, natto, mackerel
about 1300kcal...
EXERCISE: core rythm
hmm... i must get a member card til Tuesday!!! and have to buy sneakers.
