この間作った鱈とじゃがいものトマト煮込み。

オリーブオイルとにんにくでたまねぎを炒めて、
cook onions with olive oil and garlic,
じゃがいもを軽く炒めてから、赤パプリカ、黄パプリカ投入。
after cooking potatoes, red paprika and yellow paprika into the pan.
鱈を上にのせ、白ワインで軽く蒸し、トマトのホール缶を潰しながらいれます。
この際に、ハーブも。
put cod pieces on the top of ingredients, steam with white wine and throw hand crushed whole tomatoes (can). throw some herbs as well.
