The next morning...
As usual, I started my day with some morning yoga,
then enjoyed the open-air bath in my room.

I usually don't eat solid food for breakfast,
so I wanted to work up a bit of an appetite.
I'm going to make full use of the Karuizawa Marriott Platinum benefits.
After all, that's what the annual fee and 4 million yen in yearly spending are for!
I'm back.
It's less crowded than I thought.

This is mine. Vegetables and protein are important.
My husband quickly finished his first serving and asked for more.

If you mix espresso with soy milk, it's a soy latte!

I realized my husband was imitating me too.
After my husband,
who is a Platinum Elite member at Karuizawa Marriott Hotel,
ate his fill of the complimentary breakfast buffet with a hearty appetite,
he returned to the room, and I went off to take photos.
The clouds are clearing and the blue sky is appearing!
The light gray building you see in the foreground on the right is the Main Wing.
The Main Wing has guest rooms, restaurants,
and a large public onsen bath.
We stayed in the North Wing.
There were many luxury cars parked in the parking lot.
I wonder if these cottages are where groups of wealthy people stay?
I don't really understand that world,
so I'd be a little curious to learn about it.
I was satisfied with my photos and checked out at11AM.
We were able to check out late, until 1 PM.
You should request a late checkout when you check in.
We actually saw fewer inbound tourists than I expected.
However, Karuizawa's high season is just starting, so that might change.
And with that, we thoroughly enjoyed the Marriott Bonvoy Platinum Elite member benefits and headed to the outlet mall!
