Last Friday, I started new part-time job. I serve as assistant to cooks at the restaurant in LUMINE1. I am not goot at cooking but have experience working at a mountain villa, so I think that I want to put this experience to good account.
This restaurant's main menu is a hamburg steak. This hamburg steak is wrapped in aluminum foil with beef stew. I cannot eat it but it looks very delicious!!
I make salads and desserts mainly. I must memorize a lot of things because there are many variety. For example, there are about 10 kinds of dressing.
I was swamped by the rush of the kitchen. But the staff and cooks were very kind. They teached me gently and always were concerned about me. Therefor, however I was wound up, I was able to enjoy. I want to become accustomed to this work early.
