Some say it's barely a cant used by new Internet start-ups, hopped-up by project capitalism, as a way to make hype; quite a few say it's a new finesse of design; a few say it's the new manner of web development, i.e. Ajax and Ruby on Rails; and some say it's simply the close measure towards a Semantic Web. I disbelief there'll ever be agreement until what Web 2.0 is until is is was.

There isn't a formation as to what is Web 2.0 and what isn't. This makes categorising blogs shambling. If a web log is more or less pleasant lingulate country effects: is it around Web 2.0? If a web log is just about new start-ups: is it in the region of Web 2.0? If a journal is something like Ruby development: is it active Web 2.0?
