昨日、イナビルという吸入薬を服用した私ですが、今日は昨日よりも状況は悪化。熱は38.5度で、体中が痛いです。今まで経験したことのない辛さです。

Yesterday I took the medicine INAVIL, but I got worse than yesterday. I have a fever of 38.5 degree Celsius and I have body ache. I've never experienced such hard condition.
I will go to bed. (I mean, already in bed)
