☆ Happy 4th of July!! ☆

Hey guys!

Last weekend was the 4th of july!

if you don't know

4th of July is the USA's Independence Day!

So my family and i had a little BBQ together

My Mom marinated the korean ribs and my Dad grilled them!

and I made the salad and dressing!

Tofu Salad!

Korean Ribs!

Macaroni Salad!

Suika!

The salad had lots of yasai!

broccoli

lettuce

kyuuri

tomato

snap peas

green bean

and the dressing was made with 

olive oil, soy sauce, sugar, bacon, garlic, and lemon juice!

then we went to see hanabi!

Yesterday!

was the last day of school

夏Vacation 

START!

After school my friends and I ate at Chili's!

I had Cajun Grilled Chicken with Alfredo Pasta!

おいしい！

and for dessert I had

fudge ice cream!

My friends got better desserts though...

Haha she started eating it already

I was so full that I wanted something small

So I kept stealing bites of theirs

☆Spicy Stir-Fried Fish Cake!☆

こんにちわ！

Today I made korean spicy fish cake!

or uhmook bokkeum

First!

stir-fry the:

fish cakes

onion

garlic

green onion

Then!

add all the sauce ingredients!

Hot pepper paste

corn syrup

and thats all!

Sooo easy, ne?!
